We are looking for a Project Manager HealthCare IT Digital Solutions Business EMEA.
YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Own the full project life cycle including planning, coordination, execution, and follow-up associated with the implementation of complex informatics solutions/services as well as installation, system integration and end-user training
- Understand project business, technical, and clinical objectives and oversee all project aspects including assignment of resources, tracking delivery metrics, establishing deadlines, and providing status reports to the management team
- Coordinate internal and external resources for flawless project execution
- Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant internal and external stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
- Ensure projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
- Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule and project costs using appropriate verification techniques
- Develop comprehensive project and communication plans to be shared with team members, customers as well as other relevant stakeholders
- Create, maintain, and implement project management best-practices, based on previous experiences and lessons learned
- Track project performance with especial emphasis on quality, efficiency, productivity, and consistency of project delivery
- Assist Regional Business Managers and Regional Sales Teams in the generation of high-quality responses to RFPs.

WHO YOU ARE
- Master's degree in a related technical discipline as well as Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification
- A minimum of 10 years project management experience with IT application integration within HealthCare IT (HIT)
- Proven track record in a sales support role including relevant pre-sales experience of complex enterprise software solutions, Cloud and On-Premise
- Technical knowledge of Microsoft, AlmaLinux, CentOS, Red Hat, PACS, RIS, DICOM, HL7, Web Services, PHP, Java (scripting), HTML, XML, IT Infrastructure / Cloud
- Ability to lead, motivate, and manage various project and program team sizes, including internal and external resources, while holding team accountable for performance
- Strong communication and presentation skills and ability to clearly demonstrate value of software solutions across a range of technical and business users
- Ability to understand and articulate customer business requirements and develop corresponding technical solution
- Ability to manage objections and drive to group consensus with strong self-direction, detail orientation, organizational skills, and time management.
- Hands-on mentality, seeking for continuous improvements, self-motivation, team-player attitude, detail-orientation, and results-driven mindset
- Willingness to travel
- Fluent in English , both written and spoken, French and/or Dutch beneficial

This remote position can be filled from multiple countries. If based outside the Netherlands, local conditions of employment will be used.
