General Description:
Under the direction of the Country Manager Netherlands, the Candidate will have Product Management responsibilities, as well as some Commercial Operations ownership in specific areas based on business need and launch evolution.
The Candidate will play a key role in ensuring patient access to BeiGene products by developing and executing marketing strategies, working closely with the local team (Country Managers and field teams), as well as Commercial teams across Sub Region Europe (SRE) and other regions.
The (Senior) Product Manager is able to translate the international/European strategy into operational tactics and assets (marketing, promotional and disease awareness/education initiatives) to support Dutch market to achieve its targets. The Candidate contributes to developing and implementing the go-to-market strategy and is responsible for achieving defined commercial targets being supported by defined resources and investment budgets.
Essential Functions of the job:
- Drive the development of the Zanubrutinib (Brukinsa®) and Tislelizumab (Tevimbra®) marketing strategy and lead the tactical execution, including omnichannel marketing activities
- Contribute to national brand plans, and provide input on marketing tactics at national level in alignment with international brand plan
- Partner with Country Manager in the development and execution of marketing pre-launch and launch activities
- Work with agencies, Country Manager, Commercial Lead, Sales teams and external stakeholders to design and develop customer-centric promotional tools/materials or carry out local adaptations for asset from Global/International or other countries, owning the development process from beginning to end
- Identify agencies/vendors/technologies/tools that can benefit the execution of tactics
- Participate in and support local country team in preparing BeiGene presence at national and international congresses, scientific meetings, symposia and workshops
- In close collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders (Sales, Market Access, Medical, Commercial Operations and Business Analytics etc.) generate relevant Market Insights (Market Research, Commercial Ad-boards etc.) that help develop targeted tactics and show impact of implemented tools
- Contribute to Commercial Operations activities such as (but not limited to) launch readiness tracking, Business Review preparation, Customer Relationship Management system implementation and roll-out
- Plan and run regular trainings and updates for Strategic Account Managers (SAMs), partnering with Medical Affairs and Learning & Development
- Own and manage the Marketing budget for the Netherlands; own project management (contracts, invoicing, communication) for commercial activities and projects together with admin support
- Ensure regular tracking and clear, meaningful reporting of relevant KPIs and overall performance of key BeiGene initiatives, as well as market changes/competitor activities which are relevant to strategy implementation and development
- Apply a continuous improvement mindset to ensure solutions and improvements are rapidly identified to optimize launch and improve patient access
- Drive business decisions whereby patient care is at the center of the business conduct
- Operate in line with BeiGene’s Code of Conduct and relevant policies for commercial and promotional activities to maintain the highest standards of patients focused ethical conduct
Qualifications:
- Bachelors' degree in life sciences or healthcare discipline preferred.
- 7+ years of professional experience in the healthcare sector with 5+ years' commercial marketing experience in pharmaceutical or biotech. Launch experience in Marketing, Product Management, Sales teams strongly preferred. Previous experience and knowledge of hemato-oncology and the field of lymphomas are an asset; solid tumor experience is also an advantage.

Computer Skills: Proficiency in all MS-Office applications
Other Qualifications: Fluency in both verbal and written Dutch and English. French would be an advantage as well.
