This position is based in Amsterdam and reports directly to the Head of Commercial Quality MIDI

YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Act as the main contact between Commercial Quality and Supply Chain for alignment and issue resolution.
• Monitor performance through KPIs and trending of key quality processes.
• Support rollout of global quality systems and ensure compliance with GDP/GMP standards.
• Prepare for health authority inspections and manage CAPA plans.
• Drive communication and stakeholder engagement across multiple functions.

WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING TO THE TEAM

• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences (Pharmacy, Science, Veterinary, Engineering).
• At least 2 years of quality experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Familiarity with dashboards and tools like Power BI.
• Ability to work systematically and collaborate across functions.
