How You Will Add Value
As the Global Credit Controller , you will:

Own and optimize the global credit and collections process, ensuring timely cash collection and reduced DSO.

Develop and implement global credit control policies and procedures to minimize risk and strengthen financial discipline.

Serve as the main point of contact for key strategic clients, maintaining strong communication and resolving issues efficiently.

Partner with commercial, project management, and finance teams to improve billing, collections, and forecasting accuracy.

Produce and present monthly DSO reports, aging analyses, and bad debt reviews with actionable insights.

Continuously evaluate and enhance credit control systems and workflows to increase efficiency and automation.
About You
You are a results-oriented finance professional with a balance of analytical skill and business partnership. You enjoy improving processes, influencing stakeholders, and delivering tangible financial outcomes in a complex, global environment.

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field (CICM qualification desirable).

5+ years’ experience in credit control, AR management, or cash collections, ideally within a multinational setting.

Proven ability to manage complex, high-value client accounts and negotiate effectively with external stakeholders.

Strong understanding of international credit risk, cash flow forecasting, and global currency exposure.

Skilled communicator able to work cross-functionally with finance, project management, and commercial teams.

Highly organized, data-driven, and resilient under pressure with excellent attention to detail.

Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP) and strong Excel or BI tool proficiency.

Fluency in English required; Dutch or French language skills a plus.
Travel: Occasional travel may be required for team or client meetings.
