Job Purpose:
Marketing assistant supports the Brand Managers and cross functional teams of Netherlands LOC.
This role is critical in supporting the execution of the operational plan of the brand and requires seamless coordination within the cross functional team in order to ensure excellence in execution.
The marketing assistant will assist with tasks, allowing the brand managers focus on the strategic and tactical activities of the brand plans.
Key Responsibilities:
- Co-develop promotional materials (detail-aid, leave behind etc.).
- Content development.
- Handling contracting (notably event management) and sponsoring processes.
- Support the marketing team daily operation and working with business unit for execution.
- Coordinate with cross functional team to align on marketing activities.
- Coordinate and support logistics for events.
- Support marketing team on promotional events including planning and proposing.
- Assist with the planning, organization and execution of brand-related projects and initiatives.
- Provide administrative support as required.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communication, business, or related field preferred.
- 1-2 years relevant working experience.
- Attention to detail.
- Strong project management skills.
- Superior organizational and time management skills.
- Knowledge of relevant marketing tools and applications is a plus.
- Proficiency in MS Office and familiar with digital tools.
- Self-motivated, organized and independent.
- Good communication skills and a fast learner.
- Energetic, passionate and with a can-do attitude.
- Good command of written and spoken Dutch & English.
