What you will be doing:

The Administrator Service Center plays a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the organization by managing administrative tasks, coordinating office activities, and providing support to various departments. The primary goal is to facilitate a well-organized and productive work environment, enabling the organization to meet its objectives.

What impact you will also have:

Office Management:

  • Oversee day-to-day office operations and ensure a clean and organized work environment.
  • Manage office supplies, equipment, and facilities to meet the needs of staff.

Communication and Correspondence:

  • Handle incoming and outgoing communication, including emails, phone calls, and written correspondence.
  • Coordinate internal and external communications to facilitate effective information flow.

Record Keeping and Data Management:

  • Maintain accurate records, files, and databases.
  • Assist in data entry and retrieval, ensuring the confidentiality and integrity of information.

Support to Management:

  • Provide administrative support to executives and managers.
  • Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and documentation as needed.

Team Collaboration:

  • Collaborate with different departments to facilitate cross-functional communication and cooperation.
  • Act as a liaison between teams and management.

Qualifications

We would love to hear from you, if you have the following essential requirements:

  • Upper secondary education level (ISCED 3); additional education or certification in office administration or related field is a plus.
  • “Senior” more than 7 years proven related experience.
  • Proven experience in administrative roles, with a track record of effectively managing office operations.
  • Familiarity with common office software and tools.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with individuals at all levels within the organization.
  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and completeness.
  • Time Management: Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently.
  • Problem Solving: Resourceful and able to find practical solutions to challenges.
  • Adaptability: Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and responsibilities.
  • Team Player: Collaborative mindset and willingness to work with diverse teams.
  • Professionalism: Maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.
  • Job Location: fully On-Site: Service & Repair Center, Computerweg 14, 3821 AB Amersfoort, The Netherlands.
  • Languages: English (Requiered); Dutch (Good to have).
