The Digital Product Asset Management Leader is responsible for defining and deploying digital product asset management processes in collaboration with IMSC functions, Digital Product teams, Digital Value Chain team (DVCT), and Strategic Operations LT, that will enable flawless deployment of digital product management in IMSC. This Leader will be responsible for the Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) capability and will define, optimize, and automate required process flows. In addition, they are responsible for TCO deployment, through training and tooling development support.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
TCO Capability for Digital Products

Establish the TCO Digital Product Capability to drive tangible business outcomes as measured by the digital product ROI for the portfolio

Maintain this capability by setting clear standards, definitions, and guidelines for IMSC
TCO Process Management
-
Design, optimize, and maintain the TCO processes to enable the identification and management of the digital product cost for IMSC's digital product portfolio
-
Standardize and automate processes to enable automated digital product TCO development
-
Identify process flow optimization and ensures able results and value for the organization
TCO Deployment
-
Train user base on TCO processes and set deployment expectations
-
Develop regular reporting insights for digital leadership on the identified TCO trends and forecast, highlighting successes and areas for improvement

Integrate value tracking and realization into Project Portfolio Management and Product Management processes
-
Support tool development necessary to capture and realize value at scale, fostering the delivery of a strategic portfolio that generates measurable results and value for the organization
Collaborate Across Functions to Adopt a TCO Mindset

Partner with finance and technology teams to design, implement, and optimize digital product asset management practices to align with overall business objectives
-
Work collaboratively with all IMSC functions to drive the deployment of TCO processes, with an emphasis on accelerating digital value delivery through optimized TCO management

Engage within the Digital Strategy & Deployment team and across IMSC, IMT, Finance, and others to ensure TCO is fully integrated with the IMSC Digital operating Model
QUALIFICATIONS:
EDUCATION:

Minimum of a Bachelor's /University or equivalent degree is required; advanced or focused degree in Business, Engineering, IT/Information Systems, Supply Chain, Finance, or other related field is preferred

Certifications preferred: Digital Product or Product Portfolio Management; Agile or Lean Portfolio Management (e.g., SAFe, Lean Six Sigma); IT financial or value‑based cost management (e.g., TBM, FinOps); and/or Digital Asset or Product Lifecycle Management (DAM/PLM)
EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS:
Required:

Minimum 6 years of relevant work experience

Experience in Finance, Technology, Supply Chain, or Project Management

Strong Financial acumen (e.g., Business planning, Cost analysis, financial reporting, allocation management, resource management, etc.)

Demonstrated Process Excellence experience (i.e., process design & optimization) contributing to, supporting, or deploying end‑to‑end process frameworks

Strong Technology acumen (i.e., exposure to Digital Product Management, Automation capabilities, Product Management Platforms)
-
Excellent problem solving and decision-making skills, with a demonstrated ability to translate complex data into clear insights
-
Self-starter, with strong demonstration of ownership and results

Able to adapt to change, and meet timelines in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

Excellent communication (written and verbal) and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence without direct authority and drive adoption across global and matrixed organizations in environments with evolving priorities
Preferred:

Exposure to digital operating models, agile ways of working, or value‑based digital investment frameworks

Strong customer-centric mentality to effectively define customer requirements and train customer base

Experience or understanding of how AI agents can transform business processes

Experience within pharmaceutical, life sciences, or regulated manufacturing environments

Experience supporting global or multi‑site operational organizations

Requires up to 15% domestic and international travel depending on work location and business needs
