Guided by the needs of Electrophysiologists, the company has pioneered innovative technological advancements ranging from the first deflectable tip catheter to today's most sophisticated three-dimensional cardiac mapping and navigation systems. Purpose of the role

As part of the EMEA Marketing team, support activities that drive the penetration of Cardiovascular products and technologies in the AFIB and EP markets in EMEA.

What to expect:

Assist in the launch and rollout internationally of new products and services

Implement strategy for growing the Market penetration of Cardiovascular product lines with primary focus on A-fib technology. This includes working closely with regional Marketing and Country Franchise managers in EMEA region to identify clinical support needs.

Assists Marketing in the execution of comprehensive regional marketing plans.

Assist local Prof Ed manager to support training efforts for the education of customer and field personnel in the area of Catheters for Electrophysiology procedures.

Assist and support all external evaluations during product development.

Perform competitive analysis of the navigation and non -navigation catheter market.

Monitors sales data and proposes marketing directions based on data analysis.

Attends key industry meetings.

Works with EMEA Supply Chain to provide forecasts for Cardiovascular product lines.

Supports technical, marketing and financial evaluations of new business opportunities as the need arises.

Responsible for communicating business related issues or opportunities to next management level

Who are we looking for?

You MUST have at least five years’ experience within the Electrophysiology field within a clinical or marketing role

A minimum of a bachelor’s degree is required

Analytical thinking: systematic gathering. organizing and synthesizing of relevant information

Technical and clinical skills in Electro-Physiology: basic clinical understanding and deep product knowledge allowing to support EP cases, understand new product needs, and convey information to different audiences (field organizations, customers)

Project Management Skills: ability to drive projects in an organized and timely manner, with vital follow up and interaction with other involved departments

Results achievement: ability to identify and quickly respond to, opportunities and difficulties.

Customer and Marketplace: desire and ability to anticipate and address the needs of customers (internal or external) through timely program/project implementation

Knowledge — Industry/Business/Clinical: knowledge and understanding of the business, its vision, mission, strategies, products, procedures and services as well as the trends impacting the medical device industry

Communication/Presentation skills: ability to optimally explain, describe, and convey information in a variety of formal and informal presentation settings

Teamwork/Collaboration: intention and ability to work effectively with others toward shared goals. Ability to lead team of Product manager(s)
