Within J&J IM Principal Operations, our mission is to provide diligent stewardship of the Innovative Medicine business model, by protecting and optimizing the product intellectual property (IP) structures in close collaboration with J&J Innovative Medicine Commercial, R&D, Supply Chain, Tax and Treasury.
Currently we are looking for a Senior Finance Analyst – Inventory & Costing to join the IMPO organization.
The OPPORTUNITY
The purpose of this role is to lead MRC3090 Supply Chain Reporting for both Planning & Actual ‘Other Costs Not in Standard’ (OCNIS) including the Consolidated MRC3090 view.
In this role you are the go-to person for MRC3090 OCNIS for both internal IMPO and external stakeholders such as Supply Chain Finance. You will work in a cross-country virtual team with direct colleagues in Ireland, Belgium, Netherlands, and Switzerland.
Core Responsibilities:

Lead Supply Chain reporting for MRC3090 Reporting both Actuals and Forecasts including specific Business units including Sourcing, various Supply Chain plants, Deliver and Home Office.

Be the ‘go to’ person for Belgium OCNIS and Variance reporting, investing in a strong business partnering network with stakeholders across the business to ensure key items impacting BE reporting are incorporated.

Ensure accurate and timely reporting of actuals, budgets and latest thinking within strict timelines and in accordance with Internal and External SOX compliance regulations.

Lead the BVA Analysis Review to Senior Management and Controlling team for MRC3090 at both Legal (Standard Value) as well as management values (Excluding Intercompany Profit).

Maintain Master Data integrity across MRC 3090 for CFIN reporting, Anaplan Budgeting and Consolidation Tools.

Embrace change and challenging the status quo. Drive standardization and harmonization including process improvements and new ways of working, aligning Belgium with the wider IMPO team. Contribute & influence digital transformation solutions and identify ways to live into technology enhancements to increase efficiency of internal processes.

Qualifications & experience:

University degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related discipline. MBA or master’s in finance is preferred.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in finance, SAP and Supply Chain & Cost Accounting experience is an asset.

Fluency in English is a requirement.
