Your role:
We are looking for an experienced professional who is able to support the team to ensure that the availability of the products is in the right place at the right time with the right quantity. This involves aspects of incoming goods, logistics, warehousing and storage and distribution of finished products. You will be the main contact person for direct and indirect customers and be responsible for order to cash process e.g. order entry, order fulfillment, invoicing, and customer payment collection. You will handle complaints, returns and ensure a correct follow-up in compliance with law and (GDP) regulation.
You will also assure a good service level to our customers in an efficient and effective way. In addition, you will have close cooperation with warehouse for the outbound operations and on ad hoc base projects and assignments on request
Who you are:
- Have experience in Supply Chain, Logistics, Economics or Customer Service.
- 1-5 years of work experience in a similar context is an advantage.
- Proficient in Dutch and English.
- Adaptive, a fast learner and a Team player.
- Has strong communication skills.
- Experience with SAP SD / MM is an advantage.
- Mastering MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Powerpoint).
- Good organizational and analytical skills
- A good planner and has a sense for time management.
