The function of Regional Associate Director Poultry is part of the Global Poultry Marketing Unit and reports into the Regional Business Director of Global Marketing in EURAM. Foremost this unit sets the strategic direction for the Poultry Business Worldwide and must also ensure alignment with this strategy with all functions within the organization. The unit is also responsible for the launch of new products, along with regional deployment of Global campaigns and Key Priority projects. One of the main functions is to support the region and countries in the consecution of EURAM business objectives by directly supporting the regional and local countries’ poultry structures, organizing projects and actions, and assuring a fluid cross pollination, including keeping in contact with Industry Key Opinion Leaders.

As a Global Marketing Regional Associate Director Poultry, you will be a key strategic partner, you will drive the implementation of global marketing plans, launch innovative products, and align regional operations with holistic business objectives. With up to 70% travel, you'll engage with local teams and industry leaders, fostering collaboration and ensuring seamless execution of key initiatives. Tasks and responsibilities include, but are not limited to :

· Implement and adjust the Global marketing plans (known as mPlans) into the region to further strengthen the strategic positioning of our global brands. Ensure the implementation in target markets;
Coordinate and successfully launch new products, key brands or solutions and implement deployment campaigns connected with the above;
Be involved and generate input for the strategic direction of Poultry portfolio for the next 5-10 years and be involved in the strategic long-visionary thinking of Poultry business offerings by our company;
Assist technical service directors in the regional Life Cycle Management needs and their coordination within the region;
Assist Global Marketing Directors in the portfolio management for the region, including analysis of gross-margins, optimization, supply improvements, rationalization, diversification;
Support countries in key product supply communication and regional product allocations;
Ensure key regional Project Management focus on timely delivery.
Be a key element for a sustainable growth of the Poultry business in the markets, ensuring engagement and alignment between the local teams and the Global Poultry strategy, supporting its implementation with customers;
Ensure proximity and engagement with the Regional and Local teams, guiding and supporting all relevant operations (KAMs, Technical, Marketing and Sales) to maximize the results;
Support EURAM teams to establish added-value business propositions based on the implementation of our Poultry platforms, tools and services;
Foster regular and efficient communication and engagement with commercial operations of the region through the regular business meetings;
Cross-pollinate and capitalize on the best practices within the region and even including a global view;
Maintain regular feedback practices and clear communication with other internal stakeholders and Supporting functions.

Your profile:

·       Bachelor or Master Degree, preferably in Veterinary Medicine or Agricultural Engineering;
· At least five years of relevant technical and/or marketing experience in the Poultry production industry;
· Deep understanding of poultry health industry, market trends, and business environment.
· Excellent oral and written communication skills in English. Other languages knowledge are a plus.
· Advanced organizational and time management skills;
· Strong collaboration skills, with an ability to build relationships both within a team and across a culturally diverse region;
· Ability to apply knowledge of multidisciplinary business principles and practices to achieve successful outcomes in cross-functional projects and activities;
· Ability to achieve goals through direct and indirect influence and collaboration in a matrix organization;
· Proven strategic thinking and problem solving skills;
· High level cultural diversity sensitivity and ability to work effectively at all organizational levels;
