The Site ITOT Lead is responsible for leading the Site ITOT organization, ensuring the establishment, maintenance, and improvement of automation and IT processes related to control systems, equipment, IT applications and utilities on site.
About the Role
Key responsibilities
- Manage the site ITOT team of automation and IT associates.
- Align with Global and Regional ITOT Leads on strategic direction for the Site.
- Deliver projects and initiatives with Global ITOT teams.
- Communicate with key stakeholders on operational and project activities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and site leadership.
- Manage the budget and project pipeline.
- Support capital projects and ensure smooth transitions to operations.
- Ensure site audit readiness for IT and OT.
- Provide 24x7 support and maintain high reliability for ITOT systems.
- Oversee team performance, provide feedback, and ensure compliance with GMP regulations and security protocols.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, automation, engineering or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Automation or IT, in a GMP Pharma environment. Familiarity with GMP regulations and compliance standards
- In-depth knowledge of automation systems and IT infrastructure
- Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and key stakeholders
- Proven experience in managing budgets and project pipelines
