Associate Process Engineer
Main responsibilities
- Conduct, report, and coordinate investigations and process changes to optimize and enhance existing manufacturing processes.
- Lead or support root cause investigations addressing deviations in manufacturing processes, ensuring effective problem resolution and continuous improvement.
- Define, specify, and procure advanced manufacturing equipment, including the planning, execution, and reporting of its qualification.
- Facilitate the introduction of new products, materials, and components across different production units, ensuring seamless integration.
- Plan, execute, and document development studies, as well as process and cleaning validations, to ensure compliance and operational efficiency.
Your profile
- Master’s or bachelor’s degree in Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Relevant experience as a starter or 1-2 years in a related field.
- Demonstrated ability to learn and grow through assignments, enhancing your skillset.
- Strong ability to explain and communicate technical information effectively, persuading others through knowledge and applied research results, particularly for developing and executing qualification protocols.
- A strong interest in and affinity for technical processes.
- Organized, communicative, with a positive attitude. Convincing, critical thinker, results-driven, flexible, and proactive.
- Proficiency in English is required; Dutch language skills are a strong advantage
