Intern - Procurement Supplier Development & Performance Management
Job Description
Organon are recruiting for a student to join the Global Procurement Supplier Management department by Jan 30, 2025, for a 6-month full-time internship.
The role will be at Organon Oss and can be partially remote.
Department responsibilities are the resolving supplier quality issues, streamline processes, and enhance overall productivity within OMS Procurement and Supplier Management organization.

Key responsibilities

Supporting other Supplier Relationship Management related activities
-
Assists the SD&PM Supplier Quality Engineer (SQE), using problem-solving skills, to conduct root cause investigations and implement CAPAs for supplier issues.

Cost Impact/Value model creation for supplier management work.

Dashboard Development using PowerBI or other business intelligence tools.

Data Analytics Support – supplier scorecards, spend data and trending.

Support with project management activities
Education & Skills
-
Student in Engineering, Science/Mathematics, Business Administration, or Supply Chain Management

Speaking/writing English language is a requirement and Dutch is a benefit

Ability to collect and analyze complex data.

Communication skills to work on a global team

Independent and self-motivated to complete project tasks
