As a Scientist for Biologics in Biotech TechOps Science & Technology lab you will conduct laboratory-based research to support the biologics process at the site. Your tasks include managing and analyzing experimental data, applying digital and AI tools, and setting up and running biologics cell culture systems including high throughput equipment. You will perform analysis of cell culture metabolites and biologics and organize and report experiments ensuring data integrity and compliance. You will prepare materials for testing, help develop new lab methods, and maintain communication with production, quality and product support teams. Collaboration with colleagues and supporting new employee training are also key parts of your role.

Als Scientist voor Biologics in het Biotech TechOps Science & Technology-laboratorium voer je laboratoriumonderzoek uit ter ondersteuning van het biologics proces op de locatie. Tot je taken behoren het beheren en analyseren van experimentele gegevens, het toepassen van digitale en AI-tools, en het opzetten en uitvoeren van biologics celkweeksystemen, inclusief apparatuur met hoge doorvoercapaciteit. Je zult metabolieten van celkweken en actieve biologics analyseren en experimenten organiseren en rapporteren, waarbij je zorgt voor gegevensintegriteit en naleving van voorschriften. Je bereidt materialen voor tests, helpt bij de ontwikkeling van nieuwe laboratoriummethoden, en onderhoudt communicatie met productie-, kwaliteits- en productondersteuningsteams. Samenwerking met collega’s en het ondersteunen van de training van nieuwe medewerkers zijn ook belangrijke onderdelen van je rol.
