In Sanofi North Europe we want to improve people’s lives and transform the practice of medicines by ensuring that our treatments reach the patients in the markets we serve. This role Leads the activation and amplification of the global franchise / category / brand strategy to deliver growth within the local market(s). Leverages all aspects of the Winning Way of Marketing to deliver insightful "go-to-market" execution aligned to global strategy. Creates an inspiring culture of strong cross-functional collaboration aligned to global strategy.
Main responsibilities:
- Strive for improving the customer experience anytime, anywhere
- Localize and implement the global brand strategy (Where to Play / How to Win)
- Coordinate the cross-functional team effort around the brand strategy, including marketing, Medical Affairs, Regulatory Affairs, Supply-Chain, Digital
- Localize “medico-marketing” campaigns to the right customers segments (Maximize use of GloCal campaigns / Limit local content creation)
- Drive Northern Europe cross country initiatives
- Analyze market trends, brand performance, competition and iterate (Be/Do agile, Test & Learn)
- Budget Management: Develop and manage the brand’s budget
- Bring country needs and perspectives to GLocal team
- Maintain the highest standard of compliance, ethics and business integrity

- Preferably experience in similar role
- Previous knowledge and stakeholder management in the field of Neurology is considered a significant asset
- Scientifically savvy and focused
- Ability to take data-driven decisions on priority segments and initiatives for growth (based on customer needs)
- Clear understanding of omnichannel engagement
- Scrum master experience an advantage
