As our Talent & Culture Intern , you'll dive straight into meaningful work that shapes how we attract, develop, and engage our people across North Europe.

From day one, you'll contribute to building talent initiatives across Talent Acquisition and Talent Management, while weaving Culture, Inclusion & Engagement into everything we do. This isn't just about supporting existing processes – you'll be co-creating strategies, seeing your ideas come to life, and gaining hands-on experience across the full talent lifecycle.

Main responsibilities

  • Supporting the development and implementation of innovative talent initiatives

  • Contributing fresh perspectives to our talent acquisition and management strategies

  • Ensuring culture, inclusion, and engagement are embedded in all our talent practices

  • Collaborating effectively within cross functional or matrix teams to support project delivery in a dynamic and complex environment

  • Driving small initiatives or workstreams with a results focused and proactive approach, demonstrating agility and willingness to learn

About you

We're looking for someone who's curious, proactive, and excited to make a real impact in the talent and culture space. Here's what would set you up for success:

  • Experience: No prior experience required – we value your fresh perspective and eagerness to learn! That said, if you've had previous exposure to People & Culture (P&C) departments, especially within matrix organizations, that's definitely a plus.

  • Education: You're currently in your final year of a Bachelor's degree or pursuing a master’s degree in business administration, Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field.
