
All-round Financial Assistant
Job mission
As an All-round administrative assistant within our Finance department, you will be responsible for a wide range of administrative work. Your main focus is on managing accounts payable (accounts payable administration), ensuring correct and timely processing of purchase invoices and payments. In addition, you are co-responsible for other administrative processes such as:
- Processing accounts payable (accounts payable)
- Preparation and provision of VAT declarations
- Processing Intrastat declarations
- Support with monthly and quarterly closings
- Various other administrative and financial tasks
Your profile
Your letter of motivation and CV should show that you have:
- At least a completed MBO education in a financial-administrative direction
- Proven experience with accounts payable/accounts payable
- Experience with ERP systems, preferably SAP
- Good command of the English and Dutch language both verbally and in writing
- You work accurately, independently and know how to set priorities
- Affinity with the pharmaceutical sector is an advantage
Personal skills
You have a proactive attitude and are hands-on. With strong planning and organizational skills, you know how to effortlessly manage multiple priorities and tight deadlines without losing track of things.
You possess keen analytical skills, an open mind and strong social skills that allow you to easily connect with people. As a powerful communicator at various levels, you know how to get your message across clearly and convincingly.
