We have an open position in our location in Hoofddorp, the Netherlands:

Position Summary:

In the Customer Service Specialist – Phama Environment role you will be responsible for the day to day activities like order entry, general questions about the delivery of the products or returns, creation of new customers and complaint management, due to phones calls and emails, you will answer the customer in our internally defined service levels and provide an excellence and professional service to our customers. You are solution orientated and find quickly resolvement of the issue to keep our customer satisfaction high.

Daily Coordination

  • Provide support to questions via email or phone according to the internal Service Levels.
  • Follow up with internal functions.
  • Follow up on complaints and include internal stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with Sales on customer expectations / suppliers and carriers / our warehouses in Germany and France

Interpersonal Skills/Teamwork

  • Develop beneficial relationships with internal and external colleagues/customers
  • Ability to work as part of a team to solve problems

Minimum Requirements/Qualifications:

  • 2 - 3 years working in a Customer Service role
  • Experience with a complex organization (matrix organization)
  • Order management qualification in a logistic organization
  • Understands ERP's
  • Proven track record of customer orientated communication
  • Eager to learn
  • Fluency in English (Written & Spoken), Dutch would be a positive addition
  • Driving license preferred
